My work in HSBC as a Recruitment Specialist:
I used to work for one of the world’s largest bank, HSBC, where I consistently won awards for good performance.
As a recruitment specialist in our Human Resources department, I topped my unit in both volume and quality of work. I hired from associate to management level for HSBC operations all over the world.
In these 2 highly successful years, I was recognized as Employee of the Quarter several times.
At HSBC, Recruitment Specialists are ranked by the commitment of their hires. This means I won awards because those chose to hire stayed on with the company.
Prior to my recruitment work, I had 2 years of customer service experience for HSBC’s US and UK clients. I also worked as a Credit Underwriter for mortgage and personal loans.
I left HSBC to join my family in China, where I started my online business.

My experience as a Social Media Marketer:
Prior to joining becoming freelancer, I ran my own highly-profitable online business for 5 years. During this time, my business had tens of thousands of orders on multiple online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Zalora and Shopee).
My business’s Facebook account has over 200,000 likes and its Instagram account has over 15,000 followers, all genuine people.
This success led to my business being awarded as the “Best Choice for Online Retailer of Fast-Moving Fashion Items” at the Philippine’s Netizen’s Choice Awards in 2019.
My business was greatly affected by the pandemic, so I have decided to close shop to spend more time at home and focus on sharing my skills and experience.
I want to help entrepreneurs in social media ad management, generating leads, email marketing and providing a good customer service experience.
